Exit the M5 at Junction 27 and take the A361 signed Barnstaple/Bideford. 

At the first South Molton roundabout turn left onto the B3227. 

Take the right fork in South Molton High Street & then turn left (signed Torrington) onto B3227.

At Umberleigh turn left (signed Exeter) onto the A377 for 4 miles to Kingford. 

Turn right (signed High Bickington) up the hill and at the top turn left (signed Dolton) onto the B3217. 

Turn left after 1 mile at the Radar Station (signed Ashreigney). 

Turn right after 0.4 mile (signed Riddlecombe) into a lane marked ‘Unsuitable for HGV’ for 1 mile to the bottom of the hill and Brewers Cottage is on the right.
