Brewers Cottage is on a quiet backwater of a lane and beside a stream in a secluded, wooded valley in North Devon. You will be welcomed on arrival with a home made Devonshire cream tea. |

The lounge features a comforting oil-fired stove providing central heating, plenty of hot water and a flickering flame that is a serious alternative to television. |

The oak fitted kitchen has built-in electric double oven, fridge, separate freezer, automatic washer/drier, gas hob with extraction system, microwave, plenty of storage space and a lovely view down the valley. |

And all of this is hidden from the hustle of the outside world in our special valley. We list three circular walks directly from your door, just long enough to work up an appetite, and where you may spot deer if you're quiet. |

This superb self contained wing of the cottage is set in an idyllic valley setting yet being an easy drive from both coasts or the moors. Brewers Cottage is ideal for children, they can enjoy the country life and help collect the eggs or watch our Shetland lambs. Adults can enjoy the peaceful isolation.
The cottage offers warm and well equipped accommodation: 2 bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin room plus cot. Bathroom with bath and shower over plus WC. Large lounge with colour TV, video, radio/cassette & oil fired stove which provides central heating charged at cost.
We provide map and directions for a choice of three circular walks directly from the cottage taking approximately 40 minutes. These take you through woodland which is a picture of wild flowers in spring/summer, and wild deer will be watching you.
French doors open onto the patio area ( a suntrap) with BBQ and garden furniture. Regret no pets or smokers. Electricity by meter reading but with £10 free. Duvets & towels included. Please note, you will need to provide your own cot bedding. Pub 3 miles, shop 2 miles.
